Dr. Skaggs has extensive post-doctoral education in cosmetic dentistry at the highly-respected Las Vegas Institute and the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Education. We have seen his beautiful work. He is pursuing accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has passed their written examinations. He runs a very friendly and efficient office that is dedicated to the comfort of the patient.
