Linda was a waitress from Los Angeles, and had never had regular dental care. She came to expert cosmetic dentist Dr. Dustin Nelson, of Pasadena, California.
She had gum disease, and needed to be treated for that, and she had advanced tooth decay in many of her teeth. Linda was embarrassed with the condition of her mouth and wanted to be able to smile confidently, feeling that this would help advance her career.
Dr. Nelson treated her gum disease and her decay, and then created this beautiful smile makeover that you see. He performed gum contouring for maximum esthetics. Her smile was restored with a combination of porcelain veneers, with porcelain crowns on some badly broken down teeth.
Richard Before
Richard’s teeth are not only dark and chipped, but they are badly worn down, and his face has collapsed somewhat, making him look old.

Dr. Dustin Nelson not only created a handsome smile makeover for Richard, but he has built up his bite, using the principles of neuromuscular dentistry, to a much more comfortable position for him. By creating the proper height for Richard’s teeth, his face now doesn’t sag as much as it used to.
